Cabin Rentals at Sugar Point Resort, MN

Sugar Point Resort has 21 cabins for rent. Many upgrades are taking place. Most of the well-spaced cabins are located right along the shoreline with breathtaking westward lake and sunset views.
When making your reservation at Sugar Point Resort, you can choose from our 1, 2, and 3 bedroom modern cabins. Each cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with pots & pans, dishes & silverware, a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, charcoal grill, a fan and more! All Cabins have TV's and most cabins have an air conditioner.
You will need to bring dish and all bath towels, pool towels, soap and personal effects as well as your food and drink. We have Heggies's Pizzas, microwave sandwiches, ice-cream, candy and soft drinks available for purchase in the lodge. We also carry a small line of groceries, but no meat or produce.
You may want to bring an extra fan, although if space is at a premium, we do have them available. In the summer months the nights cool off to the 50's and lower 60's. If you bring your computer, WiFi is available in the lodge.

Deposits, Payments & Cancellations
Deposits, Payments & Cancellations
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. No reservation is final until deposit is received and acknowledged. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days before your arrival and we are able to secure a reservation for the same cabin, for the same time period at full season rates, your deposit may be refunded less a $50 fee. If you cancel and the same cabin is not able to be rented for the same time and rate you had rented, you will forfeit your entire deposit.
If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation is due. You are financially responsible for the entire length of your reservation, whether you arrive late, leave early, or don't show up at all. Sugar Point Resort is not responsible for circumstances out of our control to include but not limited to the weather, fishing, your equipment functionality, your health or anyone else's health.
All rentals are subject to state and local taxes and fees.
We reserve the right to make changes to your cabin or campground rental if circumstances deem necessary.
Returned checks will incur a $30.00 fee.
